Who we are

Azulo is operated by WOSLA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES - FZCO, a company licensed under trade licence number 87494 issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) and registered at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. You can contact us about privacy matters at hello@azulo.ai.

The information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Information you give us directly. Your name, work email address, telephone number, company name and the content of any message you send us through a form, by email, by telephone or through a messaging channel.
• Account information. If you create an Azulo account, the details needed to run it: your name, email address, role, organisation and authentication credentials.
• Customer content. The operational data your organisation records in Azulo, such as requests, jobs, locations, equipment records and messages. We process this on your organisation's instructions, as described below.
• Technical information. Basic details your browser or device sends when you use the website or the service, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.
• Billing information. Where you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and provide demonstrations you have asked for.
• To provide, secure, support and improve the Azulo service.
• To administer accounts, subscriptions, invoices and payments.
• To send service messages about your account, such as trial reminders, billing notices and material changes to the service.
• To send occasional marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.
• To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Our role in relation to customer content

Where your organisation uses Azulo, your organisation decides what personal information is recorded in it and why. In that relationship your organisation is the controller of that information and we act as a processor on its behalf, handling the information according to its instructions and our agreement with it. If you are an employee, guest or customer of an organisation that uses Azulo and you want your information corrected or removed, please contact that organisation first. We will support them in responding to you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Azulo: hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery and messaging channels. Each is bound to handle it only for us. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

International transfers

Azulo is operated from the United Arab Emirates and hosted on infrastructure that may be located in the European Union or other countries. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to an equivalent standard.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account and customer content is kept for as long as the account is active, and afterwards only as long as we need it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Ending a subscription does not by itself delete your organisation's data. Your organisation can ask us to delete it.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and database-level isolation so that one organisation's data is not reachable by another. No system is completely secure, but we take this seriously and review it continually.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain uses of it, and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these, write to hello@azulo.ai. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and local storage necessary to make it work and to keep you signed in where relevant. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Children

Azulo is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will tell account holders directly.
