Questions
The awkward ones, answered first.
- Do you charge per user?
- No, and we don't intend to start. Every plan carries unlimited staff. A new starter on Monday costs you nothing on Azulo.
- What counts as a location?
- Wherever the work happens. In a hotel that's room level: every guest room, plus the lobby, the pool deck, the restaurant. Elsewhere it's whatever your team already calls it. A site. A branch. A depot.
- What happens after the free trial?
- It runs 14 days. We ask for a card up front and don't touch it until the end. Cancel before then and you're never billed. We'll remind you it's coming, because quietly charging people is a rotten way to start a relationship.
- What if we go over in a busy month?
- Nothing shuts off mid-shift. Overage is fair-use and we tell you before it applies, so a good August is never a nasty September invoice.
- Do we need our own WhatsApp number?
- Yes. You bring your own WhatsApp Business number and pay your provider for it, which means the channel stays yours if you ever leave us.
- What happens to our data if we cancel?
- We don't delete it. You can still sign in, and everything is where you left it if you come back.
