Azulo is made by WOSLA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES - FZCO, a software company licensed in Dubai. We are small, we answer our own email, and we build for the people actually working the shift rather than the ones buying the software.

How we build
Three things we've decided. We don't plan to revisit them.
Written in corridors, not workshops
The categories, the workflows and the words all came out of real properties running real shifts. When a housekeeper tells us a screen doesn't match how the job actually goes, that is the bug. Not her.
An opinion beats a blank page
Software that arrives empty gets abandoned in week three. So we'd rather turn up with a view on how a maintenance department works and be told we're wrong, than hand you an empty system and call it flexibility.
Your people are not a billing unit
Charging per seat punishes you for staffing properly, and we've watched managers leave someone off a system to save forty euros. Every plan carries unlimited staff. That isn't changing.
